My name is Christiane Schulist.
I have been fascinated by the spirit world for as long as I can remember, even as a child I had "that feeling" that everything around me was "connected"... connected with one another... resulting in "everything"... to an extent that is beyond imagination.
Over the years I collected "puzzle pieces" of life, which have come together more and more to form an overall picture or rather to reveal a larger picture of everything.

QHHT® | PAST LIFE REGRESSION
What is QHHT ?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was developed over 45 years ago by the American hypnosis therapist Dolores Cannon. This technique gently leads a person into a relaxed trance state that everyone goes into several times in the course of a day, e.g. while reading, watching TV, driving a car, daydreaming, etc.. In this trance state, we have the opportunity to contact the part that some people call the "subconscious", "oversoul", "higher self" or "universal memory". This "higher state" holds infinite knowledge, unconditional love, powerful wisdom, guidance and self-healing ready for each individual.
There are three different states that a person can reach during hypnosis, from the "alpha state" (light trance) to the so called "theta state" (somnambulism). Each of these trance states enables results and connection to the "higher self". Most people go into the lighter forms of trance (deep and comfortable relaxation). In this state they are very aware of their thoughts and surroundings while having access to their "higher self".
In the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique we combine "regression" and "soul expansion", whereby we not only ask the "higher self" about incidents regarding our current life but can also ask for advice and help in solving our problems with the aim to move forward in our personal and spiritual development. From our "higher self" we can receive knowledge and informations about our other incarnations (past lives) and current circumstances as well as assistance in our self healing process.
By traveling and exploring our other incarnations we very often recognize connections and patterns that run through different lives. With this understanding the process of self-healing begins.
What is the process of a QHHT session?
A QHHT session combines regression into one or more of your other incarnations and contact with your "higher self". We get to know each other in the first one... to one and a half hours of your session, when we sit together over a cup of tea and you tell me about yourself as well as your life. The knowledge of your living conditions (you tell me everything that seems important to your, e.g. the story of your origin family, childhood, relationships, life issues) is crucial in order to ask the right questions later during hypnosis, which will lead you in the incarnation you have just experienced. This is where you can find answers and recognize connections or patterns. During our conversation we go through your list of questions. The second part (approx. 2 - 2.5 hours) is dedicated to the actual hypnosis, in which we will visit and explore your current or previous incarnations that are best suited to obtain information and insights for your current life. After you have returned from the journey to other incarnations (you are still in a trance state), we will contact your "higher self" to get answers to your questions.
With this hypnosis technique it is possible to explore past, future and parallel incarnations, life of our ancestors or even life in other dimensions. Some people find themselves on the "spiritual side" with the "Akashic Records". Your "higher self" always decides for itself which incarnation(s) and which messages it wants to show you, since you come to your appointment with a certain intention and a certain topic. Some time ago I noticed that several souls incarnate one after the other into the maternal or paternal line with a certain “mission” within the ancestral line. This can often be seen in families where very intense issues have accumulated. This means that the issues have not been dealt with, but are usually passed on unprocessed. Anyone interested in the topic of "family constellations" or "systemic constellations" probably already has some idea of what it is, may have participated in one or more constellations themselves... or at least heard about it from acquaintances, friends, or family members who have had experiences with it.
Most people are familiar with the classic method of family constellations by Bert Hellinger. Besides topics such as conflicts within the family or in the broader social environment, challenges such as recurring (and often inexplicable) blockages with oneself, as well as physical or psychological disorders or problems, can also be addressed through constellations.
Everyone wants to belong to their system, their parents... their family... their children... their ancestors... their partner... their friends... their colleagues... their employer... and they do... in their very own unique way.
Certain issues or blockages often become apparent here... sometimes even illnesses or symptoms (physical or mental)... whose roots can often be traced back to the family of origin (ancestral lines)... and which run through the system like a red thread. They are kept alive... consciously or unconsciously... willingly or unwillingly.
The more we fight against certain issues... sometimes even try to ignore them... the more they will come to the forefront. This usually manifests through physical or mental symptoms, challenges, unrest, and possibly projects that simply do not succeed. It is as if there were an invisible blockage preventing us from moving forward.
Recognizing the dynamics... the "big picture"... the system of which we are a part, is very helpful and of great importance.
The usual way to conduct a systemic constellation is in a personal setting, where participants of the constellation (often people who do not know each other and have come together for this constellation) take on the roles of the various factors for the topic to be set up.
However, there is a method that does not require the physical presence of representatives.
This method is highly effective and far less time-consuming than the traditional physical constellation.
For this, the entire systemic constellation, including all the factors required for the current topic (which can be: people, animals, plants, symptoms, whole situations, objects, the entire ancestral field - that is, the four lines of the families of origin including the energy found there, as well as - if known - individual people from the families of origin, etc.) is arranged on a single sheet of paper.
This arrangement includes all the factors needed for the system (which arise from the individual issue) as well as the respective connections (visibly drawn and labeled) and the corresponding energy of the connections. The system is thus set up and represented in a constellation diagram (on paper).
For those familiar with the traditional constellation method, this may seem very unusual. However, the energetic effect is not dependent on the physical presence of the factors. Simply by drawing the system - i.e., the factors and the connections - the respective system with all its associated energies is depicted and can be brought into balance energetically.
When it comes to a systemic constellation in the form of a constellation diagram, there are virtually no limits.
